Army Reserves

After completing the rigorous Potential NCOs Course, I was promoted to Corporal and qualified as a junior leader, manager, and instructor.
The intensive training involved 3 weeks, 6 weekends, and countless hours of preparation, providing extensive development in the use of firearms and specialized equipment and cultivating skills in teamwork, leadership, discipline, and communication. From camping and patrolling in freezing conditions in the Slieve Bloom mountains to the concluding ceremony in the searing sun, it was among the most challenging things I've ever done.
